NFT REVIEW NEWS Refinable and 9GAG to Host Phygital NFT Exhibition

Refinable, which is the go-to platform for creators to manage new and exiting NFT ventures on, is partnering with globally-recognized meme platform 9GAG to launch a phygital (physical and digital) Web3 initiative. The collaboration will see the launch of an NFT collection titled ‘Memeland,’ as well as an eight-week long Memeland Exhibition that’ll take place at Times Square in Hong Kong.

First and foremost, the IRL Memeland Exhibition will begin on July 30th. Its main function will be its hosting of an array of different pirate-themed activities, such as games, metaverse events, NFTs, and of course, memes. 

With the help of Refinable’s industry-leading reputation, the exhibition will also feature a physical NFT wall which will highlight the latest and greatest digital assets, including those made in collaboration with 9GAG. Collections such as InBetweeners, HAPE, and Monkey Kingdom have all offered to display an NFT at the exhibition, with the assets also expected to be given away to one lucky attendee. 

As part of the endeavor, Refinable is also launching 100 event-exclusive, pirate-themed Memeland NFTs. Here, each asset will grant its holder with access to a guided exploration of the Memeland map and games that’ll feature participation from the InBetweeners, HAPE, and Monkey Kingdom projects. To determine who becomes one of the 100 lucky holders, it will be hosting a series of campaigns and activities for attendees to participate in. More information on the competition will be released on Refinable’s social media pages in the coming days.
