Animoca Brands, the Hong- Kong-based game software and venture capital company, has announced today its plans to acquire Darewise Entertainment, currently working and developing on the “Life Beyond” blockchain game.
Darewise Entertainment is a European video game start-up studio based in France. The start-up was founded in 2018 by veterans of the AAA game industry, by having worked into some big titles like Assasin’s Creed and Tom Clancy’s The Division to name a few.

Benjamin and Samuel have built a world-class team that is creating a play-and-earn game universe that is intricate, sophisticated, and deeply engaging.”

Looking forward, Animoca Brands will help Darewise to keep the development going on the “Life Beyond” title while also facilitating planned growth and assisting them in every way possible, from blockchain integration to fast-track development.
Concerning Darewise’s game title, Life Beyond will be a massive play-to-earn multiplayer MMO game combining content creation with digital asset ownership.
